We provide warranty by remedying defects. This shall be done at our discretion by subsequent performance, i.e. elimination of a defect (rectification) or delivery of a defect-free item (replacement).

If the subsequent performance fails, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract. This shall not apply to insignificant defects. A right of the customer to a reduction is excluded.

Curtains made to measure

Your made to measure curtains are made up in Switzerland. The confection takes a while. So the delivery time can take 2-4 weeks.

However, we do our best to keep the delivery time as short as possible.

We charge CHF 10.70 per shipment. Bulky goods, e.g. long curtain rods, are charged at cost.

You can also pick up your order directly from us in Bonstetten without any costs.

We will send your order by Swiss Post.

You can return finished curtains to us within 14 days, stating the invoice number and the reason for the return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the returned goods are not hygienic. If the customer provides us with evidence of defects in delivered goods, we will promptly make a replacement delivery. If we do not succeed in doing so, she/he has the right to cancel the purchase or reduce the purchase price. The costs for the return shipment have to be borne by the customer.

Made-to-measure curtains are made to fit the customer exactly and can therefore not be returned. You are welcome to order fabric samples to get an idea of the color, transparency and quality of the desired fabric.

Sale items are also excluded from return.
